Wye Valley family cottage with sunny garden

A large, sunny kitchen and dining room has the feel of a country cottage, which looks out into the garden for chilled out mealtimes.

A play room for our children next door, followed by a large lounge with fireplace. Also downstairs is a toilet and a small utility room. Please note we don’t have a TV, but plenty of books to read and very good Wifi.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and exposed beams, and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, one with just a shower. There are two offices (one will be locked), but an air bed could but used in one of the rooms.

About the location

Nestled at the end of a lane, next to woodland and right next to the Offa’s Dyke path, our secluded garden is perfect for nature and bird lovers wanting to explore the Wye Valley, the Forest of Dean, Tintern Abbey, historic Chepstow and so much more.

We have a very sweet and friendly cat who will need feeding (and probably cuddles, if you can be persuaded!).

There’s a lovely community pub with home cooked food a ten minute walk across two fields.
