About the location

The Leith and Newhaven areas form Edinburgh’s hip and fun waterfront of northern Edinburgh. The area is directly connected to the city centre by the Trams and busses in about 15–20 minutes. Also easily walkable in less than 30 minutes.

But there is no need to leave Leith other than sightseeing. Many locally owned pubs and restaurants, along with microbreweries for both beer and gin, make the area lots of fun to walk around. Pizza, burgers, quirky shops, and grocery stores all within a few minutes walk.
