Villa Bukit Santai

Detached villa 200metres from the beach and with two small resorts with restaurants close by. Extensive views of mountains, vineyards and rice fields with partial sea view.
Villa completed in 2025. Huge Bosch kitchen, infinity pool (10m), two en suite bedrooms, plus gym and workspace where an extra bed or two can be set up.

The garden is 3000 sq metres. As well as exotic flower beds and palm trees, we have 20-25 fruit trees, a duck pond and an al fresco terrace under a huge Tamarind tree.

About the location

Much quieter than South Bali where we used to live. A short walk down to the beach, where there is small resort and a coral reef with good snorkeling (visibility varies with the seasons).
This is a unique area in Bali where vines grow and wine is made. Humidity on average is about 50-55. Temperature 26-35. No rain during the summer months,
In Munduk/Bedugul (1 hour drive) there is Padel, golf and tennis at 1200metres above sea level (much cooler).
Local shops and markets in Seririt (10 mins) with more Western style shops, restaurants in Lovina (20 mins).
The North Coast of Bali and its mountainous hinterland is relatively unspoilt and offers rather more of authentic Bali than the South. The sea is good for snorkellimg and there are world class diving sites
