In summer it's very fresh and shady, and the neighborhood is quiet and silent.
Moreover the city is half an hour by train from the "Cinque Terre" and Sestri Levante, and one hour from Genoa, two-tree hours from Pisa Firenze and Siena, tree hours from Milan, and from five to six hours from Venice and Rome.
